Implementation
JobQGenie was designed to be self installable. However the implementation is not just about installing the product. You will have to configure the High Availability product to support the replication of the JQG environments and possibly change your switch code to support the change of the JQG Environments. We offer a range of services to help you with these tasks, if you need assistance we can provide either on site or remote services to ensure you achieve your goals.
New programs
JobQGenie is a complete product and does not require any additional programming to carry out its duties, however if you need something a little more than is on offer today, we can provide specialist programming services to help you. If you need additional scripts to switch your HA product as well as JobQGenie? No problem, we have a lot of experience developing switch scripts for HA automation.
Remote Services
Need help remotely? Give us a call and we can use web based technology to assist in resolving any issues you may have either with implementating JobQGenie or the configuration of your HA product. This keeps costs down and reduces the load on our installation team. We feel it's the way forward for companies who need skills but don't want to have people traveling all day to provide services.
